  • Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining the filing system and required reports.">
  • Utilizing the Opera system for efficient guest reservation management.">
  • Providing information about hotel amenities, major attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.">
  • Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers through proactive engagement.">
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and loss control policies and procedures at the front counter and back office area.
