Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Expert to lead our Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory compliance projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with global banking operations, utilizing your expertise to deliver results-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, timeline, risks and resources to ensure effective delivery of AML and KYC projects.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT and external regulators to drive project success.
  • Develop clear project plans with measurable deliverables, aligning with internal control policies, audit standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversight of new KYC onboarding platforms, AML transaction monitoring systems or remediation programs.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • 8+ years of proven expertise in Anti Money Laundering (AML), KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Currency Transaction Reporting, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), SAR etc.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-border regulatory programs or system implementations.
  • PMP, Prince2 or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
