Regional Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Compliance Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a primary compliance advisor, you will work closely with commercial and support functions to provide compliance support for daily business operations, clinical activities, and strategic initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the region to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting internal investigations, developing and implementing compliance campaigns, training sessions, and communications.

You will have the opportunity to foster a culture of ethical behavior through compliance training and awareness programs, promote awareness of compliance issues, and develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks.

To be successful in this role, you must have a positive and energetic personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in conducting internal investigations.

This is an onsite role that reports to the Global Compliance Director and is part of the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with commercial and support functions in the region to provide compliance advice.
  • Conduct internal investigations and provide expertise in critical matters.
  • Develop and implement Compliance campaigns, training sessions, and communications.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the organization.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting internal investigations.
  • Proven track record of success in compliance roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
