Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Expert to lead our Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory compliance projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with global banking operations, utilizing your expertise to deliver results-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage project scope, timeline, risks and resources to ensure effective delivery of AML and KYC projects.
  2. Engage with key stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT and external regulators to drive project success.
  3. Develop clear project plans with measurable deliverables, aligning with internal control policies, audit standards and regulatory expectations.
  4. Oversight of new KYC onboarding platforms, AML transaction monitoring systems or remediation programs.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 10+ years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector.
  2. 8+ years of proven expertise in Anti Money Laundering (AML), KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Currency Transaction Reporting, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), SAR etc.
  3. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-border regulatory programs or system implementations.
  4. PMP, Prince2 or similar project management certification preferred.
  5. Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
