Lead a team of compliance experts in ensuring regulatory adherence and strategic risk management. Monitor trading activities, analyze data, and develop customized solutions to minimize exposure and maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance plans and policies aligned with industry regulations
  • Analyze market trends, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations, interpret new laws, and ensure seamless implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; advanced degrees a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk compliance, preferably in energy commodities
  • Demonstrated expertise in futures, financial, and physical commodities trading
  • Strong knowledge of commodity regulations and reporting requirements
  • Experience with risk management tools and SAP or other reporting systems a plus
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
