Strategic Compliance and Quality Manager

As a Strategic Compliance and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing our company's Workplace Safety & Health policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management systems in accordance with statutory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective WSH policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leading internal audits, inspections, and investigations to identify areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Providing strategic advice to management on compliance matters, regulatory updates, and industry best practices.
  • Overseeing training, upskilling, and safety awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating with external authorities on compliance and safety matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental/Quality Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Safety, Compliance, and Quality Management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WSH Act, BCA regulations, ISO standards, and bizSAFE framework.
  • Proven track record in managing audits, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
