Senior Compliance Manager

Pall Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its compliance efforts in the APAC region. As Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective compliance programs that ensure adherence to anti-corruption laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, with experience in managing complex risks and developing strategic solutions. You will work closely with the Global Compliance Director and other stakeholders to design and implement compliance systems, processes, and controls.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting regular compliance audits, monitoring, and assessments to identify areas of improvement. You will collaborate with associates across the organization to promote a culture of integrity and ethics.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance points to non-experts. You should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to think critically in high-pressure situations.

This is an onsite role located in Benoi, Singapore, and requires minimal travel (10%). If you are passionate about compliance and have a desire to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs that ensure adherence to anti-corruption laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, monitoring, and assessments to identify areas of improvement

  • Communicate complex compliance points to non-experts and provide training and support as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of compliance experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance points to non-experts
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages spoken in the APAC region
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of compliance experience in a highly regulated industry
  • CCEP-I or similar compliance certification
  • Data privacy compliance program experience preferred but not required
