Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Finance Leader to lead our finance function and drive business growth.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, corporate governance, and management reporting. As a Strategic Finance Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our business objectives. You will also oversee the entire finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You will work closely with senior leaders to provide guidance on financial matters and support decision-making. Your expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and compliance will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving process efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related field;
  • At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in large, complex organizations;
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, directly partnering with business leaders;
  • Proven expertise in financial and management reporting, governance, and compliance;
  • Strong background in treasury, corporate finance, cross-border tax, and entity structuring;
  • Hands-on experience in controllership, banking relationships, and M&A transactions;
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance governance, operational needs, and long-term business objectives;
