Job Title

A seasoned finance leader is required to partner with the Group CEO, providing strategic guidance and financial clarity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record as a CFO in a listed company environment, with deep experience in strategic finance, including M&A execution, capital raising, and portfolio management.

  • Advising the Group CEO on all strategic finance matters, including investments, M&A, capital structure, and portfolio optimization.
  • Leading the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of investment and M&A opportunities, ensuring alignment with the Group's long-term strategy.
  • Providing financial and commercial insights to support strategic initiatives, market expansion, and capital deployment.
  • Partnering with business leaders across multiple verticals to assess performance, risks, and opportunities, and ensure alignment with shareholder expectations.
  • Acting as a key liaison with investors, analysts, and external stakeholders in collaboration with the Investor Relations and Corporate Finance teams.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Deep experience in strategic finance, including M&A execution, capital raising, portfolio management, and cross-border transactions.
  • Proven ability to partner directly with CEOs, Boards, and senior leadership teams, providing strategic guidance and financial clarity.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to distil complex financial scenarios into actionable insights.
  • Prior exposure to US-listed reporting and regulatory environments will be a significant advantage.
