Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our global consulting business. This strategic role will require collaboration with the executive team and business leaders to develop and implement financial reporting solutions that support the achievement of commercial objectives and growth targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong financial insight and leadership, overseeing management reporting, financial accounting, and controls, as well as managing budgets. Effective stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, and a motivation to understand the complexities of a global business are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree qualified in Accountancy or Finance, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Finance role and a minimum of 2 years of project or cost accounting experience
  • A solid commercial understanding with the ability to make recommendations to the business and develop key measures from a financial perspective
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working closely with business leaders on financial reporting and information
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team
  • International exposure or experience, with proven ability to influence across a global remit; A strong understanding of accounting software principles
  • Exposure to dashboarding, including PowerBI and SQL and to an ERP system or experience with SAP would be a plus
  • Ability to provide accurate and insightful data that is presented in a clear manner; Strong abilities in financial modelling; Ability to think outside of the box and flexibly, with a solutions driven mindset
  • Experience in a consulting organization is preferred, but not essential
