**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute capital raising initiatives, including equity, debt, and alternative financing options.
- Develop and manage investor relations strategy, including regular communication and reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee and optimize supply chain and trade financing activities to ensure effective working capital management.
- Ensure full compliance with global accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) and all relevant financial regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, long-term planning, and business performance.
- Lead the finance team, including accounting, treasury, and compliance functions.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a high-growth or international environment.
- Strong track record in capital raising and managing investor relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain trade refinancing and structured finance solutions.
- Expertise in global accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
