About the Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a Renowned Medical Devices Company. We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to join the APAC leadership team.
  • This is a pivotal role, you will lead the APAC finance team, oversee end-to-end financial matters, and drive business strategy for the region.

Main duties & and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support decision-making.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards (IFRS/SFRS) & US GAAP.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets and optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts with financial insights.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA, CA, ACCA, or ICAEW certification.
  • Proven track record as a seasoned finance leader in a similar industry and MNC environment.
  • Well-versed in IFRS/SFRS and US GAAP, with exposure to SAP systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to partner effectively with business stakeholders.
