Job Overview

As a key member of our Asia-Pacific team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our Export Finance business.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to manage our Export Finance teams in Asia Pacific, working closely with our Country Heads to deliver strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining our business and origination strategy in APAC, aligning with our global strategy and ensuring seamless execution through close coordination with our Global Head and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the EFS teams in Asia Pacific, driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement business and origination strategies for EFS in APAC, in collaboration with our APAC Head, SCOs, Coverage, and regional heads
  • Align with our global strategy, ensuring strategic and execution alignment with our Global Head and respective business lines' global heads
  • Member of our Asia-Pacific Executive Committee, contributing to key decision-making and strategy development
  • Drive export finance activities in Singapore and Asian countries with no EFS presence, including internal and external marketing, origination, and deal leadership
  • Support other teams in developing EFS activities in the Asia-Pacific region, contributing to our Business Line's strategy and revenue growth
