We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Strategic Leader to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and project costing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
  • You will lead in business planning, developing internal management reports, and contributing to short- and long-term strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for tax compliance matters, ensuring yearly audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent, combined with a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • A strong track record of value-added contributions to achieve business outcomes and deliver exceptional results.
