Air Freight Import Billing Officer

We are hiring on behalf of our client, MNC Global Logistic - a growing logistics team as an Import Billing Officer , where you'll be responsible for accurate billing, invoicing, and customer support within our air freight operations. This is a detail-oriented role that supports end-to-end import processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Position: Air Freight Import Billing Officer (12 months contract)
Working Location: Alps Avenue
Mon-Fri:
- 6 Off days per months
- 8:30am-5:50pm | Alt Sat: 8:30am-12:30pm
Job Description:
- Generate and post invoices using customer-specific tariffs for Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare monthly reporting for billing summaries for key accounts.
- Investigate and resolve rate/charge discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer billing inquiries; ensure timely processing of billing-related tasks.Identify and help resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment.
- Comfortable with MS Office and logistics systems.
- Willingness to handle occasional urgent matters outside office hours.
- Training provided for candidates without air freight experience.
