About this role

We are hiring an Air Freight Import Billing Specialist to support our air freight operations. This detail-oriented position requires accurate billing, invoicing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate and post invoices using customer-specific tariffs for efficient processing
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly reports summarizing key billing activities
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve rate/charge discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and ensure timely billing-related tasks
Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail required
  • Proactive Mindset: Proactive with a continuous improvement approach
  • Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with MS Office and logistics systems
  • Flexibility: Willingness to handle occasional urgent matters outside regular working hours

We provide training for candidates without prior air freight experience.
