Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Air Freight Import Billing Officer. This role involves generating and posting invoices using customer-specific tariffs for billing and invoicing, preparing monthly reporting for billing summaries for key accounts, investigating and resolving rate/charge discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders, and providing prompt and professional responses to customer billing inquiries.

This is a detail-oriented role that supports end-to-end import processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, be proactive with a continuous improvement mindset, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment.
