DTL for Customer Onboarding, Diligence & Lifecycle Mgmt The role of leading hives within the Customer Onboarding, Diligence & Lifecycle Management domain at WRB Business requires you to oversee the delivery of this domain's services with a focus on technology solutions. Your responsibilities include leading 6 hives, co-creating the technology roadmap, and ensuring engagement and innovation among team members. As the domain lead, you will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring application ownership and adherence to enterprise service levels.Collaboration with key stakeholders across WRB, Sales and Distribution, Technology, Data, and Digital teams is crucial. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, participate in quarterly planning, and provide guidance on technology budget and costs.Creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability is essential. You will mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a user-first mindset for client experience. Promoting a growth mindset and empowering your team to deliver high-quality products are key aspects of your role.Your strategic responsibilities include developing and executing a technology strategy aligned with WRB and TTOs goals, overseeing multiple hives, and providing thought leadership within the technology community. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, drive the technology roadmap, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and risk management standards.In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experiences, creating digital origination capabilities, leveraging partnerships for client journeys, and driving personalized customer engagement. Your role involves partnering with business units, Engineering Leads, IT Change and Release Managers, and Product Specialists to achieve business value and modern API platforms.To be successful in this role, you should possess technical expertise in technology management, business acumen, and architecture. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management abilities are crucial.
