Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage the logistical aspects of our events. As an Event Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of events from setup to teardown. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of event materials.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse logistics or supply chain operations, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities. They must also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and be flexible with working hours including weekends or evenings when required.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively manage a team and interact with external vendors. A valid driver's license is also a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event logistics delivery and setup, including item setup and teardown.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event deliverables.
  • Receive, unload, unpack, and store incoming event materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of all items in the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to event locations.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during storage retrieval or delivery of event materials.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in warehouse logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
