We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Singapore as an Event Logistics Coordinator. This is a full-time on-site role that involves managing the logistical and operational aspects of our events, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly.

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including setup and teardown of event items.
  • Unload, unpack, and store incoming event materials. Categorize and organize event materials within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of all items in the warehouse, track stock levels, and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure availability for events.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to event locations based on event requirements.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including proper storage of equipment, handling heavy items, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with event organizers, transportation teams, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of items to event sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or technical production operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
  • A valid Class 3 Singapore driver's license is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to manage a team and interact across departments and with external vendors.
