**Job Description & Requirements**:
The Events Coordinator/Conference Services Coordinator plans and arranges the details of events. These include logistics planning to complex decorations for events. He/She in charge of booking facilities for upcoming events, and meeting clients to discuss the event’s purpose. He/She must follow the client’s vision and details for the event.

He/She needs to provide administrative support for the department. He/She must conduct on-site coordination, and site inspection done during, before and after the events. He/She needs to work in a fast-paced setting. He/She maintains precise and overall awareness of the property. He/She also arranges functions correctly and efficiently. He/She needs to serve as a point of contact for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Event Director, Project Manager
- Support team to plan, conceptualize and execute events, conferences, etc and ensure that they successfully executed as per plan and within budget allocated
- Attend site recce and proposing effective solution to the event needs
- Communication with designer for final artwork and sending to supplier for printing
- Communication with contractors for all production works, including costing & materials to be use
- Monitoring event set up and ensuring quality control of fabrication from suppliers and contractors
- Oversee and ensure proper teardown and handover after event
- Assist in sourcing for new partnership, collaboration, merchant tie-ups and sponsorship

Requirement:

- Min ITE / Diploma
- Able to work on weekend / Public holiday / irregular hours during event days
- Good learning attitude, and keen to take on new challenges
