Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Event Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event execution and timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including transportation, registration processes, and on-site coordination during events.
- Monitor event expenses and ensure that events stay within allocated budgets.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all materials and equipment are arranged properly.
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees post-event to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes or challenges
