**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Logistics Event Coordinator**to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery for every client engagement. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about event operations, client interaction, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all event logistics and understand unique requirements for each event.
- Organise event set up and cleaning, such as corporate functions, training course, exhibition, talks, dining event, guest or VIP visit, etc.
- Station on site and oversee event operations to ensure standards are met and exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
- Manage client requirements, documentation, and feedback with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, routing, and service level agreements.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise before or during events.
- Provide administrative support, which includes duty roster and attendance for workers, inventory management, preparing of inspection checklist and reports as and when client requested.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in event industry, logistics, or operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability to changing situations and the ability to work under pressure.
