Job Description & Requirements The Associate Director, Recruitment plays a strategic leadership role in driving student enrolment, partnerships, and market expansion for the organization. This role oversees the recruitment team, provides direction on marketing strategies, and leads corporate and institutional engagement efforts to support growth. The Associate Director champions data‐driven decision‐making, builds strong market presence through strategic outreach, and cultivates high‐performing teams aligned with the organization's mission. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets across key markets. Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance KPIs and foster a culture of excellence and accountability. Build and manage strategic partnerships with agents, institutions, and corporate clients locally and internationally. Conceptualize and oversee integrated marketing campaigns—including digital and offline efforts—to drive lead generation and conversion. Analyse enrolment trends, campaign performance, and market data to guide recruitment and marketing decisions. Represent the organization at key industry events, corporate engagements, and education fairs. Work closely with senior leadership to align recruitment initiatives with organizational goals. Oversee the creation of customised marketing materials and collateral tailored to various market segments. Monitor and ensure brand consistency and compliance across all recruitment channels and platforms. Drive the use of CRM tools and digital platforms to enhance customer journey and student experience. Review and assess recruitment processes for continuous improvement and innovation. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline; Postgraduate qualifications preferred. Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, business development, or education marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record in achieving enrolment targets and managing recruitment pipelines. Strong digital marketing acumen and familiarity with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Resourceful, strategic thinker with strong problem‐solving capabilities. Experience in hospitality education, F&B sectors, or as an ex‐Chef is an added advantage.
