Your day at NTT DATA The SAP Project Manager is entrusted with the comprehensive oversight and successful execution of SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration initiatives within the organisation. This position functions as the principal liaison among stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors, assuring the attainment of project objectives within the designated timeframe, scope, and budgetary constraints. Primary Responsibilities Direct and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects from inception through to conclusion. Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with senior management and relevant stakeholders. Formulate precise project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, comprising SAP functional and technical consultants, business analysts, and end users. Oversee project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and initiate mitigation measures as appropriate. Administer project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to established financial targets. Facilitate scheduled project meetings, disseminate status updates, and maintain robust communication with stakeholders. Uphold quality standards and industry best practices throughout SAP project delivery. Supervise user training, change management procedures, and post-implementation support activities. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project performance to organisational leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Demonstrated experience in the management of SAP projects (including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable systems). Possession of a recognised project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and integration mechanisms. Exemplary leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and priorities. Experience operating within multicultural and geographically dispersed teams is advantageous. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes Expertise in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks pertinent to SAP initiatives. Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution acumen. Dedication to ongoing professional development and process improvement.
