Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Process Quality and Environmental Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and environmental compliance.

  • Sustain environmental stewardship by managing chemical usage, energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Analyze solutions and manage replenishment processes to optimize production efficiency.
  • Review process parameters (PMP) and conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues to enhance quality and safety, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead capacity and cost-reduction projects to drive business growth.
  • Identify and contain non-conforming products, stopping production if necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Report quality, environmental, and safety concerns internally to facilitate prompt action.
  • Collaborate with customers on production and improvement initiatives, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, upholding industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is required.
  • Proven knowledge of quality management systems and environmental regulations is highly desirable.
