Process Quality and Environmental Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Quality and Environmental Specialist to support our environmental management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of quality management systems, process control methodologies, and environmental regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective environmental management strategies to minimize chemical, energy, water, and waste usage.
- Conducting thorough solution analysis and managing replenishment processes to optimize production efficiency.
- Reviewing and optimizing process parameters (PMP) and conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Troubleshooting production issues to improve product quality, safety, and reliability.
- Designing and updating work instructions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Leading cross-functional teams to drive production capacity and cost-reduction projects.
- Identifying and containing non-conforming products, stopping production if necessary.
- Reporting quality, environmental, and safety concerns internally.
- Coordinating with customers on production and improvement projects.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and environmental regulations.
