Environmental Process Specialist

Our factory seeks a talented engineer to lead our production and environmental activities. You will work closely with our team to control and monitor chemicals, energy, water, and waste, troubleshoot production issues, review processes, and improve quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support environmental management by controlling chemicals, energy, water, and waste.
  • Perform solution analysis and manage replenishment.
  • Review process parameters (PMP) and conduct FMEA.
  • Troubleshoot production issues to improve quality and safety.
  • Develop and update work instructions to enhance productivity.
  • Lead production capacity and cost-reduction projects.
  • Identify and contain non-conforming products; stop production if needed.
  • Report quality, environmental, and safety issues internally.
  • Coordinate with customers on production and improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of quality management and environmental systems is a plus.
