Key Responsibilities The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of CF Interco. This position will be responsible for supporting operational processes, improving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to multitask. Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficient and seamless operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all operational processes. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication across departments. Coordinate with the ordering desk to manage daily workflows, including sample requests and related tasks. Monitor and understand stock levels, ensuring timely updates and communication with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with various departments to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and achieve operational goals. Develop and implement preventive measures to minimize operational disruptions and improve efficiency. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback/response promptly and professionally.
