Job Overview

This role involves managing and coordinating a large-scale transformation program in the Communications, Media & Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and able to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support UAT/SIT execution across multiple service order functional streams.
  • Track, triage, and escalate defects with technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate retests, manage test data requirements, and maintain accurate defect logs.
  • Maintain test scenarios, evidence repositories, defect summaries, and fulfillment health trackers.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between project business users, application teams, and solution architects.
  • Provide clear, timely updates on testing progress, blockers, and readiness to stakeholders and project leads.
  • Prepare concise communications (summaries) to align internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong BA/functional background preferably in Oracle or Telecommunications environments.
  • Solid knowledge of UAT/SIT processes including defect triaging, reporting, and documentation.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to investigate and explain complex fulfillment issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with defect management tools.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Adaptable proactive and comfortable navigating complex testing cycles.
