Program Delivery Expert Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing enterprise transformation projects and strategies. They will work closely with program stakeholders to enhance market competitiveness and operational efficiency through investments in systems, distribution, people, and processes.

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the agenda and tracking progress of overall project delivery and key digital transformation/change initiatives. The successful candidate will have expertise in delivery planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, as well as a deep understanding of resource optimization.

About the Role
  • Develop innovative solutions, upskill sales teams, and implement advanced customer engagement platforms.
  • Collaborate with local business units, strategic pillars, enablers, and other stakeholders to ensure success can be replicated at pace and scale.
  • Act as a catalyst and enabler to drive group-wide transformation and facilitate execution to achieve programme goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities, including defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in program/delivery management and/or medium/large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical implementation background and proven delivery track record.
  • Experience working in diverse organisations across front to back business processes.
  • Tertiary education and professional qualifications, preferably with project management certification.
  • High proficiency in MS Project and MS Office suite of products.
