Job Overview:

The company is currently undertaking a large-scale transformation project, implementing new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.

A key aspect of this initiative includes the development of a comprehensive change management program to facilitate employee adoption of these new systems and processes.

We seek an experienced change management professional to collaborate with external consultants in planning, managing, and executing change management activities across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about human-centered design and user experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

While the external consultant will lead the overall change strategy, the successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting, reviewing, and supporting key change deliverables and internal stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with external consultants, process owners, and stakeholders to support effective execution of the change management program.
  2. Participate in business blueprint sessions to understand the change intent and business process impact.
  3. Review change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses prepared by the consultant, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and follow-up actions.
  4. Design and deliver targeted change communications to internal stakeholders, including digital content like EDM mailers.
  5. Support stakeholder engagement across all levels, helping translate technical changes into user-friendly communications.
  6. Assist in developing training materials and coordinating logistics or content preparation as needed.
  7. Document the change methodology, key learning points, and best practices throughout the change journey.
Requirements:
  • Strong strategic and tactical communication planning and execution skills
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in change management, preferably in a transformation or ERP context
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
