Corporate Banking Transformation Program Lead

The Core Banking Transformation Program is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Corporate Banking Transformation Program Lead. As a pivotal member of the program, this individual will be responsible for shaping and delivering the bank's future-state corporate lending landscape.

This role requires a unique blend of domain expertise in corporate banking, hands-on experience with FIS ACBS, and program coordination capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of corporate lending products, credit approval processes, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders. They will also have demonstrated experience in program/project coordination, ideally within multi-vendor and multi-country transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the corporate lending functional stream within the transformation program.
  • Define and design target-state processes across the corporate lending lifecycle.
  • Ensure process designs align with risk, regulatory, and business objectives.
  • Translate corporate banking requirements into functional ACBS configurations and specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis between current-state processes and ACBS capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking within the Financial Services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, functional design, implementation, or support).
  • At least 3 years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs.
