Business Operations Associate - Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Operations Associate to join our team. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing technical parameters, policies, and frameworks that support our business operations.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and updating new and existing implementations, renewals, and movement requests promptly. You will also be responsible for providing regular analysis and ad-hoc reports to clients on portfolio performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant industry and role. Experience with Healthcare Insurance providers (Employee Benefits) is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential requirements.

As a Business Operations Associate - Client Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and supporting the team as needed. You will maintain high-quality interactions with all touchpoints and escalate resolutions in a client-centric manner.
