Description What the role is: The Attorney-General's Chambers is looking for a driven and proactive candidate with a keen interest in internship recruitment, employee communication and employee well‐being to join the organisation. You will be responsible for providing services and advice to the division on internship matters, developing effective communication materials for internal stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of employee well‐being events and campaigns. What you will be working on: Manage end‐to‐end processes of the internship recruitment function, which includes providing suitable solutions to support division's hiring efforts, working closely with external stakeholders (e.g. schools) to promote internship opportunities, creating personnel records, and ensuring effective and timely utilisation of relevant budgets. Craft clear and succinct messages and design accompanying materials to keep internal stakeholders informed about policies, announcements, and activities/events. Develop interesting and insightful articles for publishing in external publications to effectively showcase AGC's employer value propositions to key target audiences. Partner internal and external stakeholders to support the maintenance and update of HR e‐Learning materials. Provide administrative support for employee well‐being events and initiatives. Prepare procurement papers that adhere to the Government Instructions Manual ('IM') on procurement policies, guidelines and processes. What we are looking for: 2 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in Human Resource or Communications. Proficient in MS Office applications and design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Canva). Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work well independently and in teams. Motivated, proactive and result‐orientated.
