Umami Bioworks is looking to hire an inquisitive, innovative, and independent Sales Manager to join our Commercial team in Singapore full-time. Key Highlights: Entrepreneurial role with significant autonomy High-impact position with a performance-driven bonus structure Opportunity to shape market presence in a rapidly growing business Responsibilities: Own and execute the regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets Identify and develop new customer segments and partnerships across the region Manage and grow a pipeline of leads, with a bias toward action and closing Collaborate with product teams to refine positioning and offerings Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy Ideal Candidate: 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in consumer products or B2B Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a track record of exceeding targets Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Comfortable working across diverse cultures and markets in Southeast Asia Willing to travel frequently across the region What We Offer: Base salary with generous performance bonuses A chance to be part of a fast-growing company Ownership, autonomy, and the ability to shape how we grow in Southeast Asia You will work directly with other members of our small but growing team to do cutting-edge science and will have the autonomy to test new ideas and identify better ways to do things. #J-18808-Ljbffr
