Senior Office Administrator
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office to ensure smooth operations and play a critical role in supporting company management, staff, and maintaining a productive office environment. Duties span from handling office resources to supporting human resources and operational processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee office operations, such as supplies, equipment, office cleanliness, safety protocols, and space planning, keep good relationships with vendors and ensure everything is on time and on budget.
Timely create office/admin management policies as required.
Organize and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior management as required.
Act as a point of contact for office staff, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
Coach junior admin members to ensure high service standards and efficiency.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the admin leader.
Requirements
5-8 years’ experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., MS Office, office management software).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
English speaking and fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Result-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
