Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

We are currently hiring a Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our offline sales efforts and drive business objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and business goals.
- Recruiting, managing, and training a team of sales brand ambassadors to acquire new customers through various offline channels, including roadshows and events.
- Designing and executing incentive schemes to boost team morale and enhance sales skills.
- Creating and delivering training programs to ensure all sales ambassadors understand Moomoo's platform, product suite, and marketing campaigns, as well as compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize value from offline sales efforts.
- Providing regular reports and insights on offline sales performance, offering recommendations to the team.
- Supporting other relevant marketing initiatives, such as offline activations and roadshows, as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital brokerage or similar financial institutions.
- 2 years of experience in an offline sales role.
- Good knowledge of various asset classes, including stocks, options, and ETFs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities with a track record of driving favorable outcomes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue new sales and growth opportunities.
- MAS-licensed financial representative is a plus.
- English-speaking fluency is a must, and Chinese-speaking fluency is a plus.
Our estimated salary for this position is between SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
