Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist

As a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity products to customers and partners.

Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will develop and position solutions for go-to-market selling and customer proposals.

You will understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements to recommend suitable solutions.

Performing strategic cybersecurity solution selling, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept setups, you will work with solution vendors on business solution proposals, RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.

Developing design guidelines and recommending improvements for customers on assigned cybersecurity products, you will conduct in-house lab tests to validate proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and deployments using new products and features.

Staying up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services, you will provide enablement training to partners' internal post-sales engineers on product/technology knowledge.

Conducting routine updates on new products/technologies to internal sales staff, you will maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in pre-sales activities, preferably in large enterprise or government sectors.
  • Experience in delivery/implementation experience in cybersecurity technology open to a pre-sales role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proficiency in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, software-defined networks, network performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, and security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
  • Ability to perform product demonstrations and presentations on key security technologies.
  • Capable of designing architecture and writing proposals.
