We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for demonstrating and showcasing our cybersecurity products and solutions to customers and partners.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Act as a subject matter expert on assigned cybersecurity products and solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) exercises for customers and partners.
  • Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the products.

  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer/partner requirements and propose tailored cybersecurity products / or network performance solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Support sales to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers/partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers/partners on assigned cybersecurity products / or network performance solutions.

  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product portfolio and competitive landscape.

  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with vendors and technology partners to stay updated on product developments and certifications.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as minimum 3-4 years of product presales experience in cybersecurity and network performance and monitoring solutions.
