About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our presales engineering team, you will play a vital role in delivering technical expertise and support to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity products and solutions, providing in-depth knowledge of firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP, and networking concepts.

Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept exercises for customers and partners, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products.

  • Sales Support:

Collaborate with channel partners to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions, delivering product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.

Respond to RFI/RFPs with accurate and compelling technical content, supporting sales efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers/partners.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers/partners on assigned cybersecurity products/network performance solutions, assist in onboarding new partners with solution knowledge and tools.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, staying updated on cybersecurity threats and best practices.

Partner with vendors and technology partners to stay updated on product developments and certifications, ensuring alignment on product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of product presales experience in cybersecurity and network performance and monitoring solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., firewalls, EDR, NDR, DLP, etc.) and networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, SD-WAN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with solution design, architecture frameworks, and integration best practices.
  • Certifications in advanced cybersecurity or networking (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCSM, CCNP, CCIE)
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience working in the cybersecurity or managed services industry.
