Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support on assigned cybersecurity products to customers and partners.

Candidates with experience in pre-sales activities for large enterprises or government sectors are encouraged to apply. Additionally, those with several years of cybersecurity solution delivery/implementation experience looking to transition into presales are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry and key technologies. They should be confident in conducting demos and presentations on cybersecurity solutions and possess solid technical knowledge in areas such as Internet architecture & network infrastructure, Software Defined Networks (SDN), Network performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security domains: Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in pre-sales activities for large enterprises or government sector.
  • Candidates with several years of cybersecurity solution delivery/implementation experience who wish to transition into presales are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry and key technologies.
  • Confident in conducting demos and presentations on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Solid technical knowledge in: Internet architecture & network infrastructure, Software Defined Networks (SDN), Network performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security domains: Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
Benefits

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Sales team to develop and position solutions for go-to-market strategies and customer proposals. You will also be able to collaborate with solution vendors on business solution proposals and conduct Proof of Concept (POC) for proposed cybersecurity or network performance solutions.

Others

You will be required to keep up-to-date with competitive products, solutions, and industry trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing in-house lab tests to validate customer POC setups, endpoint/network designs, and deployments.
