Services Sales Leader, GSI APAC at GE Vernova Join to apply for the Services Sales Leader, GSI APAC role at GE Vernova. Job Summary Accountable for overall growth of GSI service business in the APAC Region, focusing on Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA), refurbishment services, and Brown‐Field projects for Grid Systems Integration. Responsible for securing a significant share of the services market, supporting strategic positioning, pipeline creation, and managing critical negotiations with key customers. Oversee service P&L, ensuring revenue, profitability, cash and cost management. Roles and Responsibilities Develop strategy to maximize profitable growth for GSI Services opportunities in APAC based on market trends. Ensure sales, cash, and cost objectives are met for each project to meet PL financial targets. Maintain a comprehensive, structured view of the Services market in APAC, including segmentation and trends. Translate market opportunities into concrete commercial action plans. Collaborate with sales and tendering teams for pipeline identification, management, demand creation, and early customer engagement. Handle Requests for Information (RFI) and partner with the commercial team on demand shaping and business development. Prioritize services opportunities by winning chances, profitability, cash and risk profile, ensuring continuous alignment with strategy, budget, and forecasts. Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation, mentoring, and coaching abilities. Prepare and validate revenue, profit, and PMR forecasts for monthly and quarterly meetings. Monitor cash management,
