Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Analysis Leader to drive complex digital initiatives within our Risk & Compliance portfolio. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, delivering value across multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring our technology solutions meet evolving regulatory and business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor business analysts to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and best practices.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business and IT to define and prioritize project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Oversee the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, ensuring traceability, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Guide the management of change initiatives and enhancement requests, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and resource constraints.
  • Promote excellence in documentation standards, process modeling, and solution design.
  • Provide strategic insight through data analysis, trend identification, and actionable recommendations.
  • Champion agile or hybrid SDLC approaches, ensuring effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients, regulators, and partners to anticipate change and align projects with external requirements.
  • Leverage platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools to support visibility, transparency, and governance.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in senior Business Analysis roles with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent experience delivering technology projects in the Financial Services sector, particularly in Risk & Compliance domains (e.g., KYC, AML, CDD, Fraud Management ).
  • Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles and change management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, shape strategy, and translate vision into practical outcomes.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement at senior and executive levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, with influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for driving high-quality solutions.
