This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for data analysis and a desire to drive business decisions with fact-based insights.

  • As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting business processes related to data management and analytics solutions to enhance data quality at scale within the Chief Data and Analytics group.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing data to define quality metrics for strategic decision-making
  2. Driving initiatives to improve the accuracy of client data used in critical business decisions
  3. Interpreting analysis results using various techniques, creating executive-level dashboards for presenting data quality metrics

Collaboration with business and technical teams is crucial in delivering project work on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in Advanced SQL and Python
  • Experience with dashboard tools like PowerBI and Tableau

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with effective communication abilities, strong organization, and prioritization skills.

The ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts is vital, as well as knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, JIRA, and Confluence.

Additionally, an understanding of Scrum/Agile methodology and a passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends are important aspects of this role.

In this full-time role based in Gurgaon, hybrid work location, you will need excellent time management skills and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
