Business Analysis Lead

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by driving strategic planning and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business analysis methodologies, defining tools and techniques to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring seamless integration of remote monitoring solutions.
  • Establish governance to monitor progress, track changes, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly, maintaining delivery momentum.
Requirements Analysis & Design:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and needs, gathering and analyzing information on new or existing systems/data products.
  • Conduct current state assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, mapping and documenting system interactions, performance, and issues.
Requirements Lifecycle Management:
  • Maintain alignment between requirements, design, and implemented solutions, ensuring full traceability and prioritizing requirements for approval.
  • Manage change requests, assessing impacts on scope, budget, and timelines, coordinating with development/testing teams to ensure requirements are met.
Solution Evaluation:
  • Conduct feasibility studies for solution options, considering limitations and risks, and assess delivered solutions against expectations.
  • Recommend and obtain approval for future-state solutions that maximize business value, leading initiatives in Healthhub+.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of remote monitoring solutions, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly to maintain delivery momentum, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.
