Job scope
- **Business Analysis**:

- Analyses business requirements and proposes effective solutions to business stakeholders with an ability to communicate the information to both technical and non-technical professionals.
- Formulates overall business strategies.
- Involves with presales, RFPs, tender, business solution support and enhancements.
- Reviews, analyses, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Familiar with industry standard (including Legacy, Core, and Emerging technologies), business process mapping, and reengineering.
- Converting and documenting business requirements into technical requirements
- Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
- Prepare and document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional and Technical Specifications (FSD) for reporting and project work.
- Translating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teams

2. **Quality Assurance**:

- Working together with development team, testing team, vendors to design, develop and enhance the Quality Assurance framework.
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with defined quality assurance standards.
- Carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines.
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
- Closely work with testing team of vendors to ensure the quality and on time deliverables.
- Review master test plans, test scenarios, test cases to ensure quality and 100% test coverage.
- Manage STLC activities.

Requirements:

- A degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant field
- Professional certification, such as System Analysis and Design
- Professional certification, such as ISTQB, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
- Previous experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance work
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in analysing business requirements to draw business-relevant conclusions.
- In depth knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Expertise in STLC
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
