Overview

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Lead

Work Mode: Onsite / Office

Eligibility: Only Singapore Citizens / PRs

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 10 to 15 years of expertise in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both manual and automation testing, with proven experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects
  • Define test strategies, test plans, and oversee test execution
  • Drive quality best practices across the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, and DevOps
  • Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers
  • Ensure timely identification, reporting, and resolution of defects
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements in the QA function
Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years of total QA experience with at least 3+ years in a lead role
  • Strong knowledge in manual and automation testing
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman (or similar)
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively
