**Job Overview:**

  • We are seeking a Customer Service professional to support our front-line operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle enquiries from customers.
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to extract performance reports is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support counter and concierge duties to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle walk-in and phone enquiries related to Membership, UTAP, Gift Claim, Hardship Grant applications and other services.
  • Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM performance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Create CRM cases and update daily appointment lists to ensure efficient operations.
  • Process frontline transactions such as membership sign-up, card replacement and assistance programmes.
  • Assist with data entry, appointment confirmations (outbound calls) and other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
