
Front-Line Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview:**
- We are seeking a Customer Service professional to support our front-line operations.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle enquiries from customers.
- A strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to extract performance reports is required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support counter and concierge duties to provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries related to Membership, UTAP, Gift Claim, Hardship Grant applications and other services.
- Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM performance reports to inform business decisions.
- Create CRM cases and update daily appointment lists to ensure efficient operations.
- Process frontline transactions such as membership sign-up, card replacement and assistance programmes.
- Assist with data entry, appointment confirmations (outbound calls) and other ad-hoc duties as required.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
