About This Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with:

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  3. Addressing customer inquiries regarding delivery status, scheduling, and services offered
  4. Inventory control, including daily verification of on-site items against the previous day's inventory
  5. Material requisition and replenishment, assessing daily needs and verifying delivery of requested materials
  6. Customer relations, coordinating receipt and handling of incoming packages, and ensuring prompt delivery to customers
